HELP: General FAQ's

Q. Do you sell to the public?
A. Yes, while most of our customers are account based we do sell to the general public.

Q. Do you deliver and if so, is there a delivery charge?
A. We’re not a bank, we deliver everything that we sell at no charge to you. We will make every attempt to deliver the same day if possible.

Q. Do you take credit/debit cards?
A. Currently all of our customers pay using cash or cheque. We may be revising this in the future so we’ll keep you posted.

Q. Are there order minimums?
A. No, we appreciate your business no matter how small it may be.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?
A. No, since we carry a wide variety of products and our stock is constantly changing, our web page is the most up to date source for information. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Q. Are you open on weekends and holidays?
A. Yes, we are open 7 days a week 363 days a year. We take Christmas Day for some turkey and New Year's Day for some R&R.
